MYRA ALTSCHULER
|
|
President and
|
|
Chief Executive Officer
|
|
 |
| Myra brings over 30 years of experience
in the international travel industry. She has worked in every facet of
the travel industry, creating personalized corporate and individual programs
for both European and American organizations. |
 |
| Fluent in French and Greek, Myra
began creating international travel programs in Paris and Athens, then
moved to representing global corporate interests in the U.S. She has worked
with both the French National Railroad and Air France where she was instrumental
in launching the inaugural transatlantic Concord flight from JFK International
Airport in New York. |
 |
| Myra has worked to develop an awareness
of the needs of corporate and vacation travelers as Director of Schenley
Industries Corporate Travel Department in New York City, as Director of
Sales and Marketing for VTS Travel an East Coast mega-travel company, as
Vice President of Supplier Relations for Travel Trust International (now
Radius), in Bethesda, Maryland and as President of Sculptured Travel Planners
in Bethesda, Maryland. |
 |
| To answer the travel needs of an
increasingly global business community, Myra created Sculptured Travel
Planners, a consulting firm that worked with organizations and companies
in both the public and private sectors. They designed and developed travel
management programs which effectively reduced corporate travel expenditures
while advocating employee participation to ensure a successful program
implementation. |
 |
| Myra’s desire to create a one-stop
shop for travel safety and protection was the catalyst for developing Travel
Protectors. As international health and security issues grow, she is poised
to lead Travel Protectors through the 21st century. |
 |
| Myra currently resides in Virginia
with her husband and son. |
