No trip cancellation for the outbound trip; only offers  trip interruption to return back to the USA

OPTION 1 - "Cruise, Tour & Travel" package: 1-30 days WITHOUT trip-cancellation coverage

Option 1 is for travelers who want the most comprehensive medical travel insurance WITHOUT trip cancellation coverage. (Trip cancellation allows you to be reimbursed for money you would lose if you had to cancel your trip due to illness or injury to you or a family member).
