the $0-$0 in the “Trip Cost” Box. (This selection will guarantee
the $22.00, $25.00 or $37.00 per person rate information you received from
your adoption agency. Continue to enter the names of other people traveling
with you (if applicable) under Passenger #2, #3, etc.

your “Age.”

Click "BUY NOW”
6.Complete
the information.
7.
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION IMMEDIATELY with your policy and
ID cards. I.D.
CARDS ARE ALWAYS IN THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO COMPLETES THE ONLINE FORM.
Every person you add to the coverage is covered under the Primary Insured's
name.

PRINT OUT THE POLICY when you receive it by email. THE FIRST PAGE OF THE
POLICY IS YOUR PROOF OF HEALTH INSURANCE FOR YOUR VISA. Embassies and
consulates will accept the printout. It’s that simple! |
